Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made just for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color or changed your mind. Please check the size information on the product page before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or a refund. You don't need to send the item back.
- Email touchmanagementllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the day you receive your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.
- We'll reply within 7 days.
- Once approved, we'll ship a replacement or refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your bank.
Lost packages
If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, contact us at the email above and we'll make it right.
Print variations
Small variations in print placement (about half an inch) are normal for printed garments and aren't treated as defects.
