Shipping Policy

MrToto Studios is a brand of Touch Management LLC.

Every item we sell is printed on demand, just for you. Nothing is held in stock, which is why your order takes a little longer than a shelf item. Here is what to expect.

Production time
After you place an order, it goes into production within 1 business day. Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 7 business days. During holidays and busy periods, production can take longer.

Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery in the United States usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you live and which item you ordered. In total, most orders arrive within about 4 to 14 business days of the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number, where the carrier provides one. Items in one order may be printed in different places, so they can arrive in separate packages on different days.

Delays
Carrier delays, weather and high-volume periods can slow delivery. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, email us and we will look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address before you pay. If a package is returned because the address was wrong, we can send it again once you cover the new shipping cost.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
